Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping:

• Domestic (Within USA):
• Delivery Time: Orders arrive within 10-14 business days for standard shipping and 5-9 business days for express shipping
• Shipping Cost: Free for standard shipping, express shipping has a cost

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Use the provided tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival in the destination country.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Incorrect Address Policy:

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• If an incorrect address is provided:
• Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be subject to a reshipping fee equal to the original shipping cost.
• If the order is not reshipped, a restocking fee of 25% of the order total will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
