Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. This ensures fast, reliable delivery with tracking every step of the way.

How long does shipping take?

Typical delivery time is: 5-14 business days

Do you offer express shipping

Not yet—but we're working on it! Right now, all orders are shipped with standard delivery, but we know how important fast shipping can be, so adding an express option is on our roadmap. Stay tuned!

Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get an email with full tracking details.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only to the US.However we are working on delivering worldwide soon.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes. Email us right away at hello@officialzeellio.com If it’s already on the way, we’ll help you return or exchange it.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do

Start by checking the tracking link sent to your email. If it looks delayed or stuck, contact us — we’ll investigate and make it right.

I received the wrong item - what now?

Oops! That’s on us. Just shoot us a message with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll send the correct item ASAP.

How do I start a return or exhange

Do you cover return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order. We're always fair and transparent.
